KidCademy Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy

  1. Introduction

KidCademy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare, safety and wellbeing of every child who uses our online learning services.
We believe that all children have the right to learn in a safe, supportive and respectful environment — free from harm, neglect, bullying or discrimination.

This policy outlines the procedures, expectations and responsibilities that ensure children remain safe while attending KidCademy’s online classes.

  1. Our Commitment

Children should join lessons from:

  • A quiet, safe space

Children must not:

  • Share screens without permission

5.4 Recording Lessons

Recordings (if enabled) are used only for safeguarding and revision.
They are stored securely and not shared publicly.

  1. Communication
  • All communication is directed to parents only, never to children.
  • WhatsApp communication is strictly limited to academic updates, scheduling and parent queries.
  • No teacher will have private communications with a child offline.

KidCademy takes any safeguarding concern seriously.

If a teacher notices:

  • Concerning behaviour

They must:

  1. Record the concern
