1. What is KidCademy?

KidCademy is a mini online school for children aged 3–11, offering small-group live classes in Phonics, Reading, Writing, and Maths, all taught by British qualified teachers. We combine the structure of a school with the warmth and flexibility families need, helping every child thrive academically and emotionally.

Unlike large online schools with high tuition fees, or private tutors who often work one-to-one — KidCademy offers the best of both worlds. KidCademy offers a flexible, affordable and family-friendly model. We focus on core subjects taught in small groups with personalised attention, guided by British-trained teachers. Every class is interactive, nurturing, and designed to complement your child’s existing schooling.

All classes follow the British National Curriculum, adapted for international learners and children with English as an Additional Language (EAL). Our structured progression ensures your child develops essential literacy and numeracy skills step by step.

It’s perfect for children who need extra support, challenge, or practice in core areas like Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths. Many of our families use KidCademy as an after-school booster or weekend enrichment programme.

Yes. Our teachers are trained to create an inclusive and culturally aware learning environment, especially for families in the Middle East and GCC. We ensure all resources and communication respect different backgrounds and values while maintaining high educational standards.

At KidCademy, we focus on group learning rather than 1–1 lessons and that’s by design.
We believe children learn best together by sharing ideas, listening to others, and celebrating each other’s progress. Our small-group classes recreate the warmth and interaction of a real classroom, where confidence grows naturally through teamwork, encouragement, and lively discussion. Every child still receives individual attention from their teacher, but within a joyful, community-based learning environment.

Classes are live, interactive, and capped at 10 students per group.
Children participate through speaking, writing, and interactive whiteboards, making learning fun, engaging, and social.

Each lesson follows a clear structure:
1️⃣ Warm-up – Revisiting key concepts from the previous lesson
2️⃣ Main Learning Focus – New skill or topic based on the curriculum
3️⃣ Practice & Application – Hands-on activities, games, or problem-solving
4️⃣ Mini Review – Checking understanding and celebrating success
This approach helps children build confidence and retain what they learn.

All lessons are led by UK-qualified, experienced teachers with strong backgrounds in British and international education. Our founder, Miss Huma, has taught across the Middle East and the UK, bringing a deep understanding of children’s diverse learning needs and cultures.

We offer the core subjects that matter most for long-term academic success:

Each subject is taught within a tailored bundle aligned to your child’s year group.

Yes. Teachers continuously assess progress during lessons and provide regular feedback. This helps track improvement, identify areas of focus and celebrate milestones.

Absolutely. At KidCademy, we hold Parent Consultations once every term, just like traditional schools. These sessions allow you to meet your child’s teacher, review their progress, and discuss next steps for continued success. It’s a great way to stay informed, involved, and confident about your child’s learning journey.

Definitely. KidCademy proudly serves families across the Middle East Asia, and worldwide.
Timetables are adjusted to suit your time zone and all teachers are experienced in working with EAL and international learners.

If your child misses a class, don’t worry! A recording of the lesson will be sent so they can catch up in their own time. You’ll also receive any class materials or homework shared during the session to keep them on track.

All you need is a tablet or laptop with a camera, Wi-Fi, and a quiet learning space.
Headphones are recommended for better focus during lessons. Lessons run via a secure online platform accessible through your KidCademy Parent Dashboard.

We accept all major debit/credit cards and international payments through secure online checkout.

We offer flexible monthly payment plans.
Each plan includes live sessions, access to resources, and regular progress tracking with no extra fees or hidden costs.

Yes, you can cancel or pause your plan anytime with one month’s notice before your next payment. We understand that family schedules change, so we make it simple and flexible to manage your subscription.
