1. General Overview

KidCademyOnline is an online learning platform based in the UK, providing live classes and educational resources for children aged 3–11 (and soon adults).
Our services are designed around the British Curriculum and delivered by qualified UK-trained teachers.

2. Enrolment & Access

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received.
All classes are delivered online via secure platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Tutor LMS).
Access details, class links, and schedules are shared via the parent portal.
Class recordings may be made available for missed sessions.

3. Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring:
The child attends scheduled classes punctually.
The child’s learning environment is quiet and safe.
Parental supervision is provided for learners under 7.
Internet access and devices are suitable for online learning.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

We maintain a positive, respectful learning environment.
KidCademyOnline reserves the right to remove any learner who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused with one month’s written notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds will only be issued if notice is received in accordance with this policy.
No refunds are available for partially used subscription periods or missed classes.
In case of technical or teacher-related disruptions, a replacement class or recording will be offered.

6. Recordings & Intellectual Property

Some classes may be recorded for revision and safeguarding purposes.
Recordings are shared only with enrolled families for that specific class group.
All lesson materials, videos, and resources remain the property of KidCademyOnline and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

7. Parent Consultations

Parents will be invited to a consultation once per term to review progress, discuss goals, and plan next steps — just like a traditional school setting.

8. Safeguarding and Data

Protection
All teachers undergo appropriate background checks and training.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any content from our site.
Use the site in a way that damages, disables, or impairs our services.
Use false information or impersonate others during registration.

10. Disclaimer

While KidCademyOnline strives for excellence in education, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
Results depend on each learner’s effort, engagement, and home support.

11. Limitation of Liability

KidCademyOnline and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Internet connectivity issues
Device malfunction
Misuse of course materials or content
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use.

12. Termination of Service

KidCademyOnline reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
Payments are overdue
There is a breach of conduct or misuse of resources
A parent or learner repeatedly violates policies
